Morning. I got diagnosed at the doctors office with RSV. I was told I didn't have to isolate so I went to work. They told me to wear a mask but I figured since none of them have a problem coming to work with their crap and not testing then I would also share the wealth. They leave the isolation rooms wide open so anybody and everybody can catch and spread all this stuff. I was told I could report it but, the boss wouldn't do anything about it because God forbid they didn't want to make nursing mad because they retaliate. So I hope they enjoy having RSV as much as I am. I didn't let infection control know and I'm going to work because I need the money. Plus, I don't need any reason to give them anymore excuses to threaten me with my job. I would go to HR and tell them I think they're trying to get rid of us all to move the other cleaning people in but, I don't think it would do any good. They would just lie about it so there's no point.
If I can keep my job long enough to collect my 401k to help me buy a car then I'll be ok. Then I can start looking for a desk job. I'll have to get some things to make myself look nice for job interviews. Some perfumed lotions since I don't like actual perfume. I have a plan if I can make it that long. If not, I'll have to make the best of things.
