Good morning.
I don't know what's going on at work, well I kinda think I know but anyway, they're just writing people up right and left and threatening to fire us ever since they started using this cleaning crew that they contracted in. I feel certain they're trying to get rid of us. I'm not leaving until they fire me or I get another job. I'm hoping for the latter. I would love to calmly walk into the bosses office and just quietly lay my notice on the desk and walk out. Yesterday they had one of the day shift girls in tears. She commented that the only time they talk to her is when she's in trouble. That's about the truth of it. I expected our boss in training to do better than the boss that's getting ready to retire but, unfortunately she's going to be just as bad if not worse. It's a shame because she has the potential to be a really good boss but, she's not going to use it. Instead she's using fear tactics and allowing her mother who also works there to influence how she treats us. Family should not be allowed to work in the same department.
Every day I rely on God to watch over me and keep me safe. I go to work with my chin up and just do the best I can. I'm angry and disappointed with this job and the facility itself. They have no interest in adhering to procedures until the state and feds come to survey the place. I got news for them, the cleaning crew isn't going to keep them from getting wrote up on a survey. I've seen their cleaning skills. LMBO!
It's going to be a cool weekend with some rain in the forecast. But that's ok.
I'm going to look for my large print bible. It's time to start getting large print books. I'm tired of trying to read the itty bitty print. If I find my bible then I will order a couple books I found on Books A Million. With my hours the library is impossible to manage. Also no car so...
I'm trying to get started on decluttering the house and getting it cleaned up. I want to rearrange the living room so I have room to workout. I'm debating on whether or not I want to keep the Wii. I probably should just in case. LOL!
Maybe with a new job I could get one of those TVs with the Xbox on them and play games there. That would be cool.
