Tuesday

 



Well the new week is upon us. I enjoyed my weekend off. I just got done doing a 15 minute workout. I know it doesn't sound like much but, I haven't done any exercising since December of last year. I'm getting too fat so, I need to get some of this weight off. I workout with Leslie Sansone and Jessica Smith. They have videos on YouTube for free if you don't want to spend money on a gym or DVDs. For now the plan is to do two 15 minute workouts a week. When I'm ready I'll start bumping it up until I get to an hour. Eventually I hope to add a day. Until I can get my desk job. Then I will shoot for 5 days a week. But for now I'm good with baby steps. My lungs are at 50% because of my COPD and from having several rounds of Covid, a stint with RSV and a near death experience with pnuemonia. I think I've had enough fun the past couple years.
